I have used the computer related services of Fix My Computer on several occasions. The services have included retrieving data from a corrupted external hard drive, setting up wireless internet, transferring data between computers, fixing a non-functioning computer and linking computers with printers and other computers. Often wait 2 or more days from other companies. You always leave having fixed the problem no matter how long this takes and once you fix a problem it stays fixed, ie no return call outs. Regards

I've used Fix My Computer regularly over the past few years and the service is always prompt, reliable, affordable and convenient. Ari has organised everything from replacing my modem, setting up my internet service provider, syncing iPads and iPhones to the wireless as well as installing printer software and more. He is patient in terms of coaching and always takes the time to talk through even the most basic of processes. | To cut a very very long story short..I formatted my hard drive on my laptop, and then tried to reinstall windows...it didn't work, my hard drive wasn't reading my CD Rom and my hard disk was corrupt, so i called Ari at 10pm, and he spoke me through absolutely every, never rushing me for one moment, eventually after midnight his hard work paid off, and my laptop was fully installed, Not only did he do all of this late at night, he did it all for free, I currently live in Cape Town, so there is now ways he could even come to me and do onsite work and charge, he still took his time and made sure i was all sorted out. I was struggling with setting up an online account on MSN on my G5 Mac home computer on a Sunday evening. I called Ari on his mobile number and he was available, ready and willing to help.
